How much is membership?

Real Estate Agents

The cost to post a blog per city is $20/month or $200/year if paid in full. You will be the exclusive agent for the city(ies) you choose. You will have first right of refusal to renew your membership. All forms that are filled out for "Find out what your home is worth?" requests that come in for your city will be sent to you the same day they are received to perform a CMA.

Lenders

The cost per link per city is $25/month or $250/year if paid in full. You will have a direct link to your website, from where a person clicks to "Apply for a Home Loan." I can customize each city if desired with a picture,company logo,etc. If you would like your blog to be featured as well, the total cost per city will be $35/month or $350/year. You will have the first right of refusal to renew your membership in the city(ies) you participate in.

Home Stagers,Appraisers and Title/Escrow Companies and Everyone Else

The cost per link per city to your website is $10/month or $100/year if paid in full. If you would also like to also feature your blog, the cost per city will be $15/month per city, with a blog and link.
